《Numerical Mathematics(Theory,Methods and Applications)》（季刊）創刊于1992年，南京大學主辦。

《Numerical Mathematics(Theory,Methods and Applications)》主要刊登：計算數學及其分支學科的具有新思想、新方法的原創性研究論文，包括數值代數、數值優化、微分方程數值方法、逼近、計算幾何、統計計算等等。

《Numerical Mathematics(Theory,Methods and Applications)》讀者對象：主要為高等學校教師、研究生、從事科學計算的研究人員、工程技術人員等。并被德國數學文摘、俄羅斯文摘雜志、美國數學評論等國外數據庫收錄。
